Shipping and delivery

As soon as your order ships you get an email with your Track & Trace link. It can take up to 24 hours before the carrier shows the full tracking information.
Check the Track & Trace page, the delivery address you entered, and your letterbox or inbox for a missed-delivery note. In many cases the parcel still arrives within 24 hours. Still nothing three working days after the stated date? Email info@thebluewavecollective.com.
PostNL, DHL, DPD, FedEx or UPS. The carrier is selected automatically based on your delivery address and the product.
We can change it as long as your order has not shipped. Email info@thebluewavecollective.com as soon as you can. After shipping we can no longer change the address.
The expected shipping date is always on the product page. When your pre-order is ready to ship, you automatically get an email with Track & Trace.
We use one reliable shipping method. Orders placed before 22:00 on a working day arrive the next day in the Netherlands and Belgium in 95% of cases. Have a specific date in mind? Email us and we will see what is possible.
Let us know within 48 hours and include a few clear photos. We take care of it right away.
We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Ireland, Sweden and Romania. Not on the list? We cannot deliver there yet. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or parcel forwarding services.
All prices include VAT. Every country we ship to is in the EU, so there are no import duties or extra charges on delivery.
We do not offer gift wrapping at the moment. Every order ships in sturdy, protective packaging.
