Manufacturing defects and issues with materials or construction. If something is not right, we fix it. No hassle.
If your item arrives in less than perfect condition, let us know within 48 hours and include a few clear photos.
If an issue shows up later that may be a manufacturing defect, reach out through the contact page or by email. We review it and, if it falls under warranty, arrange a repair or replacement.
You are also covered for manufacturing defects when you buy from our official retailers. The claim is always handled through the channel where you bought the product, so contact that store or marketplace directly.
To assess a claim we always need proof of purchase, such as a receipt or bank statement.
Products bought from unauthorised sellers or third parties may not be eligible for warranty.
