Receive a defective item?
Should it happen that you receive a defective item or your BlueWave Collective product will malfunction within our 30-day return period through no fault of your own, please contact us by email and add as many photos of the defect as possible (if possible). This way we can help you faster. Please note: If you would like to return a defective item within the 30-day return period, this will be stated at all times in your return request. This can prevent any misunderstandings when handling your return.
How do I register a repair?
Does your item become defective within the warranty period, but has the return period already expired? Please also contact us and of course we will ensure that your item is repaired and functions properly again after the repair.
RETURNS
You may return your order within 30 days of receipt. You are not obliged to give a reason, but nevertheless we greatly appreciate it if you do have a reason for us. This way we can improve our information facilities.
Of course, when returning your order, the product must be returned unused and in its original packaging. All our packaging is made in such a way that you can unpack the received item without damaging the packaging. If, when processing your return, it appears that we cannot sell the returned item 'as new', we can deduct the depreciation from your refund.
Do you choose to return your order because it has been delivered damaged and / or defective? Please indicate this clearly in your return request.
What is the cost of returning my order?
The times when both the delivery and the return of orders had to be offered for free are (fortunately, as far as we are concerned) slowly changing. By delivering and returning items free of charge, web shops encourage excessive consumption, which has a direct effect on the environment and our world. By not offering free returns, we try to do our part to combat this excess consumption. The return of your order therefore depends on the parcel carrier you want to use to return your order.

I don't know how to create a return label myself. Can you help me?
Of course we can imagine that it can be difficult to make your own return and we would like to help you with this. If you contact us via the contact form on our Contact page Or by email via info@thebluewavecollective.com you will receive a return label from us with which you can return your order. The cost of this return label will then be deducted from the refund of your order.
How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
When we have received your returned package, we will ensure that your refund is processed within five working days. It differs per bank how long it takes before the refund is in your account.
