If you purchase one of our The BlueWave Collective products, you can assume that the item you receive is in good condition and will continue to function as expected under normal use. To avoid any surprises, we recommend that you read this information page carefully. The BlueWave Collective stands for professionalism and care. We have confidence in all the products we offer and therefore provide (under normal use) a warranty. 2 year warranty on our entire range. Should something unexpectedly go wrong with your product or should a defect occur over time? Received a defective item?
If you receive a defective item or your The BlueWave Collective product breaks within our 30-day return period through no fault of your own, please contact us by email and include as many photos of the defect as possible (if possible). This way we can help you more quickly. Please note: If you wish to return a defective item within the 30-day return period, please always mention this in your return request. This can prevent any misunderstandings when processing your return.
How do I report a repair?
Does your item become defective within the warranty period, but has the return period already expired? Please also contact us and of course we will ensure that your item is repaired and functions properly again after the repair.
RETURNS
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. You're not required to provide a reason, but we would greatly appreciate it if you could. This allows us to improve our information services.
Of course, when returning your order, the product must be returned unused and in its original packaging. All our packaging is made in such a way that you can unpack the received item without damaging the packaging. If, when processing your return, it turns out that we cannot sell the returned item 'as new', we can deduct the reduction in value from your refund.
Do you choose to return your order because it has been delivered damaged and / or defective? Please indicate this clearly in your return request.
What does it cost to return my order?
The times when both delivery and returns were supposed to be free are (fortunately, in our opinion) slowly changing. By offering free delivery and returns, online stores encourage excessive consumption, which has a direct impact on the environment and our planet. By not offering free returns, we are trying to do our part to combat this excessive consumption. Therefore, returning your order depends on the parcel carrier you choose to use.

I don't know how to create a return label myself. Can you help me?
We certainly understand that it can be difficult to create a return yourself, and we'd be happy to help. If you contact us via the contact form on our contact page or by email via info@thebluewavecollective.com You'll receive a return label from us to return your order. The cost of this return label will then be deducted from your order refund.
How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
Once we have received your returned package, we will ensure that your refund is processed within five working days. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your account varies per bank.
