Here you will find the answer to all your questions about the shipping, delivery and delivery times of your order.
SHIPMENT
If the item you ordered is in stock, we will ensure that orders placed before 22:00 and for which payment has been completed, will be shipped the same business day. You will receive a Track & Trace from us by email to closely follow the delivery of your order.
What are the shipping costs for my order?
We keep it simple:
Shipping within NL & BE is completely free.
For Germany and the rest of Europe? Then you pay for an amount under €50,-
- Germany & Europe: €5.95
With which (parcel) carrier will my order be shipped?
It depends on the ordered item and the delivery address with which (parcel) carrier your order is sent and delivered. Our most used parcel carriers are PostNL, DHL, Trunkrs, DPD and UPS, but we prefer to use parcel carriers that can deliver our orders as CO2 neutral as possible!
How do I change my (delivery) details?
To ensure continuity of our shipping times, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address or cancel your order after your order has been shipped. If you have made a mistake in the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible via the
contact form on our contact page or by email via info@thebluewavecollective.com.
What should I do if I haven't received my order?
It is of course very annoying if you have not received your order (on time). In that case, you can do three things:
1. Check the Track & Trace code of your package: You can find the Track & Trace code in the shipping confirmation that you received by email. Check via this link whether the time slot indication of the delivery has shifted.
2. Check the delivery address: Is the delivery address you entered correct? Also check your zip code.
3. Check your email: Did you receive a 'not at home' message? Then the package has been delivered to the neighbors or the delivery person has scheduled a new delivery time.
Don't know where your package is yet?
In that case, please wait a little longer, because your package may be delayed. In eight out of ten cases, your order will be delivered the next business day. If you have not received your order three business days after the original delivery date, please contact us via the contact form on our contact page or by email via info@thebluewavecollective.com.
Did you know?
We ship all our orders completely plastic-free? Because of our passion for a better world, we have chosen not to use plastic (shipping) envelopes, wrapping foil, plastic padding and even tape that contains plastic. You will receive your order in a (preferably recycled) cardboard shipping box, if necessary with paper padding and even with paper tape! Have you decided to keep your order? Then make sure that both the cardboard and paper can be recycled again! We and our world are grateful to you!

All orders placed on workdays before 22:00 will be shipped the same workday. Below you will find an overview of the current delivery times of the parcel carriers we use to ship our orders:
The Netherlands: 1 working day
Belgium: 1-2 business days
Germany: 2-3 working days
Other countries within the EU: 2-5 working days
The United Kingdom: 4-8 working days
The US: 4-8 working days
Norway & Switzerland: 4-12 working days
Backorder (EU): 4-12 working days
Backorder (worldwide): 4-15 working days
