Shipping & Delivery times

Here you will find the answer to all your questions about the shipping, delivery and delivery times of your order.

SHIPPING

If the item you ordered is in stock, we will make sure that orders placed before 4:00 PM and the payment is completed will be shipped the same working day. You will receive a Track & Trace by email to follow the delivery of your order closely.

What are the shipping costs of my order?

The times when both the delivery and the return of orders had to be offered for free are (fortunately, as far as we are concerned) slowly changing. By delivering and returning items free of charge, web shops encourage excessive consumption, which has a direct effect on the environment and our world. Our goal is not to make money charging for shipping costs, but to do our part to compensate our CO2-uitstoot. Below you will find our most current CO2-uitstoot-compensatie-kosten:

Netherlands : € 3.95

Belgium : € 5.95

Germany: € 5.95

For purchases from € 75.00 we take care of the CO2-uitstoot compensation. From this amount you pay yourself No shipping costs .

With which (package) carrier will my order be sent?

It depends on the ordered item and the delivery address with which (parcel) carrier your order will be sent and delivered. Our most-used parcel carriers are PostNL, DHL, Trunkrs, DPD and UPS, but preferably we really prefer to use parcel carriers that can deliver our orders as CO2-neutraal as possible!

How do I change my (delivery) data?

To guarantee the continuity of our shipping times, we can no longer make changes to the delivery address or cancel your order after sending your order. If you have made a mistake in the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible via the
Contact form on our Contact page Or by email via info@thebluewavecollective.com.

What should I do if I haven't received my order?

It is of course extremely annoying if you have not received your order (on time). In that case, you can do three things:

1. Check your package's Track & Trace code: You'll find the Track & Trace code in the shipping confirmation you received by email. Check via this link whether the time slot indication of the delivery has been shifted.

2. Check the delivery address: Is the delivery address you entered correct? Also check your zip code.

3. Check your email: Did you receive a 'not at home' message? Then the package has been delivered to the neighbors or the delivery person has scheduled a new delivery time.

Don't know where your package will stay yet?

In that case, wait a little longer, because your package may have been delayed. In eight out of ten cases, your order will be delivered the next working day. Have you not received your order three working days after the original delivery date? Then contact us via the contact form on our Contact page Or by email via info@thebluewavecollective.com.

Did you know that?

We send all our orders completely plastic free? Because of our passion for a better world, we have chosen not to use plastic (shipping) envelopes, wrapping film, plastic filler material and not even tape containing plastic. You will receive your order in a (preferably recycled) cardboard shipping box, if necessary with paper padding and even paper tape! Have you decided to keep your order? Then make sure that both the cardboard and paper can be recycled again! We and our world are grateful to you!

All orders placed before 4:00 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same working day. Below you will find an overview of the current delivery times of the parcel carriers with which we ship our orders:

Netherlands : 1 working day

Belgium : 1-2 working days

Germany: 2 -3 working days

Other countries within the EU: 2-5 working days

The United Kingdom: 4-8 working days

The USA: 4-8 working days

Norway & Switzerland: 4-12 working days

After-order (EU): 4-12 working days

Post-order (worldwide): 4-15 working days
